Refund Policy
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
     

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.
     

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or digital products are non-refundable.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Defects in the Product

  • The Buyer's Rights and Complaint Deadline

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, the buyer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

 

To submit a complaint, the buyer must contact us at zuzanarafnar@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

  • Order number and proof of purchase

We will review the complaint and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
